Rosebud closing on May 11? Or May 12? Or not at all?

Eater.com says that the Rosebud Diner will close on Sunday, May 12.

A local band called the_Stampede says they are playing "Rosebud's last show ever" on Saturday, May 11:

Rosebud's is DONE.
Their last show is next Saturday.

the_Stampede is setting our guns to DESTROY.

We are on at 8pm SHARP. SO BE THERE.

But Rosebud Bar & Grill's Facebook page says:

Update on the sale and closing of the Rosebud: Between last night and this morning something has changed the closing of the sale was scheduled to happen on the 15th of May. But I was informed by the owners of the property that things have changed and we will still be here for the next month or so, maybe longer it everything falls apart with the sale(fingers crossed) Sorry about the confusion I will keep folks informed as this goes along but for now we are still here

Anyone know what's real here?

That's just spooky. Is the Rosebud Diner associated with the Rosebud market in Malden? The market is closing on May 11....
