St James/Elm Street Car Vandalism

Hi
I realize that this is a total long shot but just in case anyone witnessed this:
Apparently there was an arguing couple on the corner of Elm and St James yesterday and the guy threw a punch on the back of my car's rear window and shattered the window and caused significant damage---I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could pass along any identifying info (yeah, I know the odds---but my insurance co is about to drop me--someone also jacked this car to steal its tires, someone else broke in and stole stuff from the interior, and another jackass keyed it).  I am so over paying deductibles, I have really had it--
thanks--

I wish I could help, but I am curious, did all of these incidents occur in the St James/Elm St area? I would not expect someone's tires to be stolen in that neighborhood.

I saw a couple arguing in that vicinity yesterday at around 1:15/1:20 pm. Young, probably early 20s at most. He was average height, skinny and wore a baseball hat. I was across the street and they were behind me so I didn't really see his face. I was worried and wondered if I should call the police--she kept telling him to get away from her. If the timing is right and that would be the same couple? But I can't say more than this, really.

So they stole the tires but left the car jack?

Why even bother to keep it elevated with blocks? Why not lower the car and take your jack?
