My completely random comment (since I don't live in that neighborhood--I'm Tufts/Hillside/Medford) is that "warranted" or not, I can understand why anyone in the area is concerned given all the random gun violence all over the nation in these times. We are fortunate here in Mass to have good gun control and registration protocols, from what I have read, but it's still something that people are very concerned about--and justifiably so. Particularly when there is a playground in the neighborhood.
