guitar lessons

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good guitar teacher? I'm an adult beginner looking to learn pop / rock style on an electric.

I used to take lessons from Charles Hansen at Cambridge Music Center, I'd recommend him. Electric guitar pop/rock stuff is pretty much what I was focusing on. He's a kick-ass guitar player, a patient teacher, and an all-around good dude.

I've gone to Michael at Carlino Guitars, and have met the other instructors and liked them as well. They're just over the somerville line in medford at main and harvard street. Their # is 1-781-391-4600 - they have an awful website though. www.carlinoguitars.com

My roommate is an incredible player and teacher, and we live right near the square. We play in those styles, too!

E-mail him at [email protected]

Sam Davis (http://samdavis.com/) is crazy, but brilliant. And he has a giant cow (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEjLXcqgsWU).
