The Davis Square Community

The official rules say that you have four hours after the start of the snow emergency before being subject to being ticketed. I expect that originally, snow emergencies were declared Now rather than in the future, but the four hours grace between the official start and the ticketing start is still there. (Of course, I did still get a ticket for it last time, and I don't know yet whether they accepted my appeal...)
