Psychiatrist recommendation?

davis_squareA friend of mine has been having some mental health issues (depression, anxiety, general crazy?) that have been pretty poorly managed, and she's looking for someone to help her with medication. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of experience in this area, but she says she's been having a hard time finding anyone taking new patients or even someone to call her back, so I offered to try to find her some names to continue the hunt.
Can anyone recommend a female psychiatrist in the Camb/Som/Arlington area who may be taking new patients (I don't know her insurance status)? Intelligence is important, but compassionate would also be nice - my friend is kind of burnt out on the whole experience. :(
