I had them develop film a couple times. I didn't have any problems. Was pretty much what you'd expect from such a place. You drop your film off, you come back later and pick it up.
i work at cvs in magoun sq. I am the phoyo lab supervisor. you should come to our store, because we can do almost anything you would like to your pics, except remove red eye. :) maybe im just biased, but i dunno. ive been to that brooks before and the people who work there are kind of creepy. i think they are space aliens.
Their one-hour machine was down anyway, so I ended up going to the one in Harvard Square. Still, with you to vouch for the ability of the Magous Square one, I may switch there. The one in HS lost my negatives (and denied it - how the hell do you say you didn't lose them when they're not there when I get my prints back?!) when I got reprints, plus there's never anyone at the photo desk, and I live in Powderhouse Square anyway, so it's close. Thanks for the space alien tip. ;)
