Good beaches nearby?

davis_squarePardon me if this has been asked/discussed before, but I can't figure out which tag it would be labeled under. Can anyone recommend one of the beaches nearby? I have a car, but I'd rather it would be less than an hour's drive. Half-hour would be better.
