davis_squareDid the timing of the traffic lights change on 16? There's always traffic going towards Alewife in the morning, but its been unusually heavy even not at peak times. ex. the people making a left turn into Cambridge never used to back up the other lanes, but now they stretch almost to Broadway. Or is there some unusual construction downstream of all this?
