Hi All!
I just wanted to make you all aware that we're starting up another Mountain Strength Outdoor Challenge class over at Dilboy Park this coming Monday.
The outdoor Challenge is a 4 week session meeting from 6-7am Monday through Thursday at the Tennis Courts next to the pool house at Dilboy Park.
We use a combination of body weight movements, weights, and endurance to get a grand workout in just an hour. We've got a mix of fitness levels and capabilities, and everything is scalable in intensity and weight. If you've heard of it, we use the methods of a little thing called CrossFit, and we think it's pretty cool.

We also have an evening class that will be happening courtesy of Arlington Community Education starting in Mid September!
And if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
Several members of the DSLJ have joined us, and have had a great time. We invite anyone to come out and give a class a try, first time is always free.
