davis_squareI made a mistake in challah baking last night - ran out of canola oil, and used soybean oil. Neither my son nor my husband approve of this.
If you want two loaves of slightly odd-flavored (due to the soybean oil) challah made with duck eggs, let me know... I can deliver before 4PM...
