My lower back is killing me (not in the need-medical-attention way, just the gardening-all-weekend and then kayaking was a bit too much) and I was wondering if people knew where around the Cambridge/Somerville/Medford area I could get a good massage without having to have reserved it weeks ago. (Reasonable prices and Blue Cross/Blue Shield discount a plus, but not required.)

I had a good experience with a staff person there (prenatal, so perhaps not what you're looking for!), and an okay experience with a student, but it IS $30!
